摘要
随着城市的空前发展,传统的警用二维地理信息系统已无法满足当前警务发展的需要。杭州市公安局上城分局在警务实践中率先运用三维地理信息技术以实现警务系统功能的整合、案件信息的空间融合和对人、事、物的立体化管控。但三维地理信息技术还不够成熟,需从完善软硬件设备、优化指挥体系,强化警务实战效能、提升情报研判价值,扩大数据信息来源、规范三维地理信息化建设等方面改进这一技术在警务实践中的运用。
With the unprecedented development of cities, the traditional police two-dimensional geographic information system can not meet the needs of current police development. Shangcheng Branch of Hangzhou Public Security takes the lead in using 3 D geographic information technology to integrate police system functions and case information space and three-dimensional control of people, things and objects. However, prematuration of 3 D geographic information technology calls for our efforts to improve application of this technology in policing practice through improvement of hardware and software equipment, optimization of command system, intensification of police practical operation effectiveness, enhancement of the value of intelligence research, expansion of data sources and standardization of construction of three-dimensional geographic information technology.
