摘要
目的:探讨使用四种抗生素治疗下呼吸道感染的效果。方法:将2017年3月至2018年3月期间四川省达州市大竹县中医院收治的240例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组。为A组患者使用头孢曲松钠注射液进行治疗,为B组患者使用盐酸头孢吡肟注射液进行治疗,为C组患者使用左氧氟沙星注射液进行治疗,为D组患者使用阿奇霉素注射液进行治疗。然后观察四组患者治疗的效果、发生不良反应的情况及治疗的费用。结果:经治疗,四组患者治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05。治疗期间四组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。A组患者及C组患者治疗的平均费用均低于B组患者及D组患者,P <0.05。结论:使用头孢曲松钠注射液、盐酸头孢吡肟注射液、左氧氟沙星注射液及阿奇霉素注射液治疗下呼吸道感染均可获得良好的治疗效果。但使用头孢曲松钠注射液及左氧氟沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的费用相对较低。
objective:to investigate the efficacy of four antibiotics in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:240 patients with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to dazhu county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,dazhu city,sichuan province from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D.Group A was treated with ceftriaxone sodium injection,group B with cefepime hydrochloride injection,group C with levofloxacin injection,and group D with azithromycin injection.Then the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and the cost of treatment were observed.Results:after treatment,the total effective rate of the four groups was P>0.05.No significant adverse reactions occurred in the four groups during the treatment.The average cost of treatment for patients in group A and group C was lower than that for patients in group B and group D,P<0.05.Conclusion:ceftriaxone sodium injection,cefepime hydrochloride injection,levofloxacin injection and azithromycin injection are effective in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.However,the cost of ceftriaxone sodium injection and levofloxacin injection for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is relatively low.
