摘要
目的 :探讨用PHENIX USB 4型神经肌肉刺激治疗仪对接受人流手术的女性进行治疗的效果。方法 :将2017年7月至2018年7月期间在罗定市人民医院接受人工流产手术的100例意外妊娠女性作为研究对象。将这100例女性随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有50例女性。为对照组研究对象使用产复康颗粒进行治疗,为观察组研究对象使用PHENIX USB 4型神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行治疗。然后,对比两组研究对象术后疼痛的程度、子宫复旧的情况及其并发症的发生情况。结果:与对照组研究对象相比,在观察组研究对象中,术后疼痛程度为无痛的女性所占的比例较高,术后疼痛程度为轻度疼痛和中度疼痛的女性所占的比例均较低,对其进行子宫复旧治疗的总有效率较高,其宫腔瘀血、宫腔内残留及宫腔内凝血块滞留的发生率均较低(P <0.05)。结论 :用PHENIX USB 4型神经肌肉刺激治疗仪对接受人流手术的女性进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地缓解其术后疼痛感,促进其子宫复旧,降低其术后并发症的发生率。
objective:to investigate the therapeutic effect of PHENIX USB 4 neuromuscular stimulation therapy device on women undergoing abortion.Methods:from July 2017 to July 2018,100 unplanned pregnant women who received artificial abortion in luoding people’s hospital were studied.The 100 women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 women in each group.The subjects in the control group were treated with zifukang granules,and the subjects in the observation group were treated with PHENIX USB 4 neuromuscular stimulation therapy apparatus.Then,the degree of postoperative pain,uterine involution and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:compared with the control group subjects,in the observation group research object,the degree of postoperative pain for painless the higher the proportion of females,pain and postoperative pain mild to moderate pain with low proportion of women are,on the treatment of uterine instauration of total effective rate is higher,the uterine blood stasis,intrauterine residue and the incidence of intrauterine coagulate blood clots were stranded were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:PHENIX USB 4 neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument has a significant effect on the treatment of women undergoing abortion,which can effectively relieve their postoperative pain,promote uterine involution and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
