摘要
利用Multipas连续退火模拟实验机模拟冷轧双相钢生产过程,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察双相钢组织及微观结构,并用力学拉伸试验机对力学性能进行测定,研究了连续退火工艺中退火温度、保温时间对双相钢组织性能的影响。
Using Multipas continuous annealing simulation machine to simulate the production process of cold-rolled double phase steel, the microstructure and microstructure of double phase steel were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), and mechanical properties were measured by mechanical tensile testing machine. The effects of annealing temperature and insulation time on the microstructure properties of double phase steel in continuous annealing process were studied.
