长非编码RNA-UCA1调节卵巢癌SKOV3细胞糖代谢研究

摘要 目的:本研究拟在外源性表达长非编码RNA-UCA1后,观察其对肿瘤细胞糖代谢的影响。方法:培养卵巢癌SKOV3细胞,将UCA1表达载体转染细胞,采用酶比色法检测细胞培养液中葡萄糖消耗量和乳酸生成量变化。结果:外源性表达UCA1的卵巢癌SKOV3细胞的葡萄糖消耗量和乳酸生成量高于对照细胞。结论:外源性表达UCA1可以促进卵巢癌SKOV3细胞葡萄糖消耗量和乳酸生成量,提示UCA1参与肿瘤细胞糖代谢过程。
