2018年秦皇岛市声环境质量特征

摘要 对2018年秦皇岛市声环境质量现状与变化进行了研究。结果表明:与2017年相比,秦皇岛市区域环境噪声平均等效声级下降了2.3 dB (A);道路交通噪声平均等效声级上升了10.3 dB (A);0类、1类功能区分别上升了0.4 d B (A)、1.2 dB (A),2类、3类和4类功能区分别下降了1.7 dB (A)、3.6 dB (A)、3.2 dB (A)。通过分析秦皇岛市声环境污染的主要问题,提出了定期开展噪声治理专项行动,进一步修订《秦皇岛环境噪声污染防治条例》,加大增林扩绿面积等噪声污染防治对策。 The current situation and changes of acoustic environment quality were analyzed in Qinhuangdao in 2018. The results showed that: The average equivalent sound level of regional environmental noise in Qinhuangdao decreased 2.3 dB(A);The average equivalent sound level of road traffic noise increased 10.3 dB(A);Functional areas of Class 0 and Class 1 increased 0.4 dB(A) and 1.2 dB(A), the functional areas of Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4 decreased 1.7 dB(A), 3.6 dB(A), 3.2 dB(A) compared with 2017. The main problems of acoustic pollution in Qinhuangdao were discussed. The noise pollution prevention and control measures were proposed, such as regularly carrying out special actions for noise control, further revising Regulations on Prevebtion and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in Qinhuangdao, and increasing forest and expanding green areas.
