蒙药阿拉坦五味丸总黄酮的超声提取工艺研究

摘要 目的:通过超声提取法研究蒙药阿拉坦五味丸中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度,料液比,超声时间和提取温度等因素对超声提取工艺的影响,确定其最佳提取工艺条件。结果:乙醇作溶剂对总黄酮的提取效率较高,且最佳提取工艺条件是:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶50,超声时间60min,超声温度60℃。结论:在该条件下,阿拉坦五味丸总黄酮的提取具有时间短、收率高、耗能小等优点。 Ojecive:To research the extraction of total flavonoids from Mongolian Medicine Altan flavorspill by ultrasonic extraction .Methods:Flavonoid content was used as the index,with L9 (34) orthogonal experimental test,the effect of ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio,ultrasound time and extraction temperature on the extraction process was investigated for the optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions.Results:The ethanol extraction efficiency was higher,and the optimum extraction conditions was: 70% ethanol,solid to liquid ratio1:50,60minutes of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature of 60℃.Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions were short time,high yield,energy consumption.
