摘要
分析了汽车内后视镜镜壳的结构特点,设计了一种顺序开模的多分型面注塑模具。针对带有周向内凹槽制件脱模难问题,设计了分瓣组合式型芯,通过定距分型机构控制开模顺序,依次完成定模弯销侧抽芯、主型芯带动型芯滑块内抽芯以及推出机构推动斜顶内抽芯,最终实现塑件自动脱模。结果表明,模具结构设计合理,工作稳定。
The structural characteristics of the automobile interior rearview mirror shell were analyzed and the sequentially opening injection mold with multiple parting surfaces was designed. Aiming at the problem of demoulding for circumferential inner groove, the split combined core was designed and mold-open order was controlled by the given-distance parting mechanism. The sequence of core-pulling motions was dog-leg cam core-pulling in fixed half, inner core-pulling of core-slides driven by the relatively retreating main core, and inner core-pulling of angle ejections pulled by ejecting mechanism, then the plastic was separated automatically. It was certified that the structural design was reasonable and stable.
