Wiltse入路经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术治疗单节段退变性腰椎滑脱临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨Wiltse入路微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术治疗单节段退变性腰椎滑脱患者临床效果。方法:选取某院78例单节段退变性腰椎滑脱患者,均行微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术,按照不同入路,分为Wiltse入路组(39例),后正中入路组(39例)。对比2组患者手术指标(手术时长、手术出血量、下地活动时间、引流量、住院时间)、血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)水平,采用奥斯沃斯特里残疾指数(ODI)评分评估对比手术前后2组腰椎功能。结果:Wiltse入路组手术时长、下地活动时间、住院时间较后正中入路组短,手术出血量、引流量较后正中入路组低(P<0.05);Wiltse入路组术后3 d、术后7 d血清CPK水平较后正中入路组低(P<0.05);术后1个月、12个月ODI评分Wiltse入路组低于后正中入路组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Wiltse入路微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术治疗单节段退变性腰椎滑脱,手术时间短,出血少,引流量低,可减轻肌肉损伤,促进患者腰椎功能恢复。
