摘要
随着“一带一路”建设的推进,中国铁路“走出去”力度不断加大,其首要之处便是勘察设计。勘察设计过程中不能完全照抄照搬中国规范,需要探索一套适合当地国情的工程地质勘察体系与方法,才能顺利完成勘察工作,为后期项目设计及实施提供有力保证。作者通过在埃塞俄比亚亚吉铁路项目勘察的经历,介绍铁路勘察的基本情况,分析与国内铁路勘察的差异,提出勘察工作的重难点及应对措施,总结在海外开展地质勘察工作的一些经验和体会,以期为海外其他项目的勘察工作提供借鉴。
As China keeps making progress in the Belt and Road Initiative, China’s railway sector keeps strengthening the efforts to "go global", facing survey and design as the top priority for there is no exact model to follow in China. Therefore, when carrying out survey and design, we need to explore a geological survey system or approach in line with local conditions to ensure the work to be conducted smoothly, which can further guarantee the project design and implementation in next phases. Based on his experience in conducting survey for Addis AbabaDjibouti railway in Ethiopia, the author gives a general introduction to railway survey, analyzes the differences in survey between foreign countries and China, puts forward the key and difficult points in survey and corresponding approaches as well as sums up experience from overseas geological surveys, hoping that other overseas survey can draw on experience from it.
