摘要
采用空调系统的管温和整机功率两个参数,通过机器学习来实现对空调管路系统焊堵的自动化检测,进行机器学习,使误差分类率最小。该系统实现了空调系统焊堵的自动化检出,解决了人工检出的不稳定性,焊堵检出的比例能达到97. 5%。
The automatic detection of welding plug in air - conditioning pipeline system is realized by machine learning with two parameters of pipe temperature and power of the whole machine. Machine learning is used to minimize the error classification rate. The system realizes automatic detection of welding plug in air conditioning system, solves the instability of manual detection, and the proportion of welding plug detection can reach 97.5%.
