摘要
目的基于国家自然科学基金资助项目分析我国肿瘤免疫治疗基础领域的研究现状及趋势,为推动肿瘤免疫治疗研究提供依据和基础。方法在国家自然科学基金管理信息系统中检索2006—2018年以"免疫治疗"为主题词和关键词的所有项目,同时筛选出"肿瘤学(H16)"代码下以"免疫治疗"为主题词和关键词的项目,据此建立数据库。结果 2006—2018年,国家自然科学基金资助肿瘤免疫治疗相关项目共计446项,资助金额共计18 159.1万元,以面上项目和青年科学基金项目为主,呈现出"先上升后下降再上升"的趋势。结论我国肿瘤免疫治疗领域的研究项目与学科前沿问题和面临的挑战基本保持一致,反映出科研人员与临床实践和理论难点的探索和回应。但也存在资助力度不足、高端攻坚项目较少、肿瘤领域应用较弱等亟需解决的问题。
Objective To introduce the research status and tendency in the field of immunotherapy in China through comparative analysis of the projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation,so as to provide the basis for the overall planning and comprehensive management of national immunotherapy.Method In the National Natural Science Foundation Management Information System and Science Network,all items with the theme and keywords of“immunotherapy”in 2006-2018 were searched.Based on this,the database is built.Result The National Natural Science Foundation of China has funded a total of 446 items related to immunotherapy,with a total amount of 181.591 million yuan.It is mainly based on the project and the Youth Science Fund project;it shows the trend of“first rising,then falling,then rising”.Conclusion The research projects in the field of immunotherapy in China are basically consistent with the frontier issues and challenges of the disciplines,reflecting the exploration and response to clinical practice and theoretical difficulties.However,there are also some problems,such as fewer funding projects,fewer key projects,and weaker applications in the field of cancer.
