摘要
采用含氟单体甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、侧链带有阳离子─N(CH_3)_2功能团的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯、有自交联羟基的丙烯酸羟丙酯和烃基单体丙烯酸丁酯,通过共聚分别制备了乳液型(PFA)和溶液型(SPFA)氟代聚丙烯酸酯。采用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜和接触角仪研究了以棉纤维和单晶硅片为载体的胶膜的疏水性和微观形貌。胶膜提高了棉布的疏水性,使经过整理的织物具有优异的洗涤耐久性。
An emulsion-type(PFA)and a solution-type(SPFA)fluorinated polyacrylate were synthesized respectively by copolymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate as a fluorinated monomer,dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate with a side chain having a functional group of─N(CH3)2 cation,hydroxypropyl acrylate having self-crosslinkable hydroxyl,and butyl acrylate as a hydrocarbon-based monomer.The hydrophobicity and micromorphology of their cured films on cotton fibers and monocrystalline silicon wafers were studied using atomic force microscope,scanning electron microscope,and contact angle meter.The cured films improve the hydrophobicity of cotton fabric and make it have a good washing durability.
