摘要
抽水蓄能电站正应用变速双馈机组来替代传统定速同步机组。对于变速机组,其本身应具有类似于定速机组电力系统稳定器(PSS)的功能。为满足抽蓄电站变速机组入网要求,对此类机组对电力系统小扰动稳定性的影响进行了探讨,并由此提出了一种相关的阻尼控制策略。首先,在相关多机系统模型的基础上,对典型四机系统小扰动稳定性进行分析。然后,根据分析结果中的低频振荡问题,采用广义相位补偿法设计了应用于双馈机组的PSS,有效协调双馈机组和同步机组PSS的阻尼效果。最后,通过系统算例仿真来证明双馈机组加入PSS的有效性和实用性,并在RTDS涉网试验中予以验证。
Pumped storage power stations are using variable speed doubly-fed units to replace the traditional fixed-speed synchronous units.For a variable speed unit,it should have a function similar to a fixed speed unit power system stabilizer(PSS).In order to meet the requirements of the transmission unit of the pumping station,this paper discusses the influence of such units on the small disturbance stability of the power system,and proposes a related damping control strategy.Firstly,based on the related multi-machine system model,the small disturbance stability of the typical four-machine system is analyzed.Then,based on the low-frequency oscillation problem in the analysis results,the generalized phase compensation method is used to design the PSS applied to the doubly-fed unit,which effectively coordinates the damping effect of the doubly-fed unit and the synchronous unit PSS.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the doubly-fed unit to PSS are proved by the simulation of the system example,and the proposed method is verified in the RTDS network test.
