摘要
为了提高铁路测绘过程中的信息化水平和管理效率,利用BIM技术构建三维地表模型,通过各专业间的协同工作,实现对铁路建设项目的全生命周期管理。利用航空摄影测量技术获取高分影像数据,经过空三加密、点云滤波等处理,得到数字高程模型(DEM)和数字正射影像图(DOM)。采用CATIA软件进行地形曲面创建、地表材质铺贴以及地形裁切,为后序设计专业进行铁路BIM模型设计提供三维地形环境;将该技术应用于BIM铁路项目,模拟项目工点区域的真实三维环境,为路基、桥梁、隧道等专业的二维设计提供直观可靠的设计依据;将BIM技术应用于地表模型创建,辅助后序各专业开展设计,通过协同设计实时对设计变更区域进行合理的地形裁切。还可展示土地的使用情况,帮助管理者制定征地拆改方案,进行安全监管,从而提高铁路建设过程中的信息化水平和管理效率。
In order to improve the information level and management efficiency in the railway surveying and mapping process, this paper constructs 3D surface model with BIM technology and achieves full lifecycle management of railway construction projects through the collaborative work of various professions. By obtaining high-resolution image data using aerial photogrammetry, and implementing aerial triangulation and point cloud filtering, we will get digital elevation model (DEM) and digital orthophoto map (DOM). Using CATIA software for terrain surface creation, surface material paving, and terrain cutting can provide a three - dimensional terrain environment for the design of railway BIM models for the post-design professional work. Applying this technology to the BIM railway project, will simulate the real three-dimensional environment of the project site area, and provide an intuitive and reliable design basis for professional two-dimensional design of roadbed, bridge, tunnel and so on. Applying BIM technology to the creation of surface model will assist the subsequent design for each major and get proper terrain cutting of design change areas in real time through collaborative design. In addition, it can also display the use of land, help managers to formulate land acquisition and demolition plans, and conduct safety supervision to improve the informatization level and management efficiency in the railway construction process.
