摘要
以杨木、松木、玉米秸秆为研究对象,在600℃条件下利用马弗炉制备生物炭,并对3种生物炭的微观结构、物相结构、表面官能团、孔隙结构等基本特性进行分析对比。结果表明:在600℃条件下,3种生物质官能团的种类和数量都急剧减少,热解较为充分;3种生物炭中,杨木炭的灰分成分以钙镁碳酸盐为主,玉米秸秆炭的灰分成分主要为KCl与SiO_2,而松木炭的灰分中无机物的含量较低。3种生物炭的微观结构与孔隙结构的分析都表明:玉米秸秆炭的孔隙最发达,其次是松木炭,杨木炭的孔隙最不发达。
Poplar, pine and corn straw was used to prepare biochar with muffle furnace at 600 ℃,and the microstructure, phase structure, surface functional group and pore structure of the three biochars were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the kind and quantitiy of functional groups of the three biomasses decreased sharply when the pyrolysis was relatively sufficient at 600 ℃;The calcium magnesium carbonate was the main component in the ash of poplar biochar, the KCl and SiO2 were the main components in the ash of corn straw biochar, but the content of inorganic substance in the ash of pine biochar was the lowest compared with the others. The analysis of the microstructure and pore structure of the three biochar showed that corn stalk carbon biochar has the most abundant pores, followed by pine biochar, and the porosity of poplar biochar was the worst.
