摘要
目的:研究兰索拉唑在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果及对组织修复相关因子表达的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年7月的90例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(奥美拉唑组)45例和观察组(兰索拉唑组)45例。比较两组治疗后不同时间的临床疗效、治疗前后的症状积分及组织修复相关因子表达情况。结果:观察组治疗后不同时间的临床疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的症状积分及组织修复相关因子表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后不同时间的观察组的各症状积分均低于对照组,组织修复相关因子表达情况均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:兰索拉唑在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果较好,且对组织修复相关因子表达的影响较好,在胃溃疡患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To study the application effect of lansoprazole in the patients with gastric ulcer and influence for the expression of tissue repair related factors.Method:90 patients with gastric ulcer from February 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(Omeprazole group)45 cases and observation group(Lansoprazole group)45 cases.The clinical effect at different time after the treatment,symptom scores and tissue repair related factors before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group at different time after the treatment were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores and tissue repair related factors of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group at different time after the treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the tissue repair related factors expression of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Lansoprazole in the patients with gastric ulcer is better,and its influence for the expression of tissue repair related factors is better.It has higher application value in the patients with gastric ulcer.
