摘要
在介绍产线跨国转移项目背景的基础上,运用等级全息建模(HHM)模型,从项目管理、项目阶段、职能部门、风险因素、风险对象5个方面对产线跨国转移项目进行全方位多层次的风险识别。通过构建交叉识别框架找出286个风险来源,并从中筛选出20类75个风险因素,可为产线跨国转移项目的风险管理提供新的思路和借鉴。
This paper introduces the background of the multinational transfer project of production line,and applies hierarchical holographic modeling (HHM) method to carry out all-round and multi-level risk identification for the multinational transfer project of production line from the perspectives of project management, project stage, functional department, risk factor and risk object. Through building cross-identification framework, 286 risk sources are identified and 75 risk factors of 20 categories are screened out. This provides a new idea and reference for the risk management of cross-border transfer project of production line.
