摘要
以某电厂650MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统为研究对象,针对运行中脱硝烟道流场不均、易积灰、催化剂易磨损等问题,建立SCR脱硝烟道的三维模型,运用SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件模拟脱硝烟道内的烟气流场,分析了烟道内导流板的不同结构、不同数量、不同布置形式对第一层催化剂入口速度均匀性和浓度分布的影响,得出最佳的导流板优化方案,为大型燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统的优化调整提供理论参考。
Taking SCR denitration system of 650 mw coal-fired units as the object, aiming at the such problems as easy to dust, catalyst easy to wear in the uneven flow field, it establishes the 3d model of the SCR smoke way, uses SolidWorks Flow Simulation software to analyzes the smoke, obtains the passage of smoke flow in flue and guide plate of different structure, shows the different quantity, decorates a form to the first layer catalyst inlet velocity and concentration distribution uniformity, designs the best guide plate optimization scheme. The performance test for the actual transformation verifies that the optimization effect of the denitration system transformation is good, provides the theoretical reference for the optimization and adjustment of SCR denitration system of large coal-fired power units.
