摘要
基于中国电子科技集团公司第十研究所产品设计、工艺现状,梳理、规划出结构工艺集成设计信息流向,提出并构建了基于模型定义(MBD)的结构工艺集成设计系统。在阐述系统结构的基础上,探讨了结构工艺的集成设计过程、MBD标准规范体系、数据集成交互等关键技术路线。该系统的成功搭建及应用,打通了产品设计、工艺、制造等环节的数据链,实现了基于模型定义的结构工艺集成设计。
Based on the current design and manufacturing status of our products, the information flow of integrated design for structure and process is combed and planned, and the integrated design system of structure and process based on model-based definition is proposed and built. On the basis of an introduction of the system architecture, the key technical routes such as integrated design procedure of structure and process, MBD standards and specifications system and integrated interaction of data are discussed. The successful construction and application of the system connects the data chain of product design, process, manufacturing and other links, realizes the integrated design of structure and process based on model-based definition.
