摘要
以白炭黑、硅铝微球、氢氧化钠和去离子水为原料,N,N,N-三甲基-1-金刚烷基氢氧化铵为模板剂,采用传统的水热法快速合成了SSZ-13分子筛。考察了模板量、反应时间、水量、碱量、晶种及温度等因素对合成产物的影响,利用XRD、SEM、NH_3-TPD等手段对产物进行了相关物性表征,并对合成的产物进行了甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应评价。结果表明,晶种的加入,晶化时间于1天内即可得到100%相对结晶度的SSZ-13分子筛,并且随着晶化温度的升高,相对结晶度呈现增加趋势,合成的小晶粒产物在MTO方面表现了较长的寿命与较高的双烯选择性。该方法进一步缩短了水热法合成SSZ-13分子筛的反应时间。
SSZ-13 zeolite was synthesized quickly and efficiently in the traditional hydrothermal process with white carbon black, silica alumina microsphere, sodium hydroxide and deionized water served as raw materials, N,N,N-trimethyl-1- adamantammonium hydroxide served as template agent. The effects of template quantity, crystallization time, water quantity, alkali quantity, seed content and reaction temperature on the prepared product were explored. The prepared product was characterized by XRD, SEM and NH3-TPD, and its catalytic performance in methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction was evaluated. The results showed that SSZ-13 zeolite with the addition of seed, crystallization time within 1 day could get 100% relative crystallinity, and with the crystallization temperature elevating, the relative crystallinity emerged a trend of increase. The synthesized small grain zeolite exhibited a longer life and higher total selectivity of ethylene and propylene in MTO reaction than the seed. This approach further shortens the reaction time of synthesizing SSZ-13 zeolite by hydrothermal method.
