摘要
随着铁路建设事业的发展,跨越既有铁路施工越来越多。跨铁路施工必然会受铁路运输作业的影响,同时对施工的时限性和施工、行车安全的要求非常高。新建东乌至包西铁路联络线乌兰木伦特大桥上行线跨包西铁路,设计为门式框架墩结合钢盖梁的形式。结合此次工程的概况和实际施工方案,探讨跨既有铁路钢盖梁吊装专项施工技术。其采用履带式起重机进行跨铁路钢盖梁吊装作业,能够确保作业安全和作业时间,具有较广泛的应用前景。
Under With the development of railway construction, more and more cross-existing railway construction appeared.Cross-railway construction will inevitably be affected by railway transport, and at the same time, the time limit of construction and traffic safety requirements are very high.WuLanMuTu bridge which on the newly built connection line between DongWu and BaoXi railway is crosses the BaoXi railway,is designed as a combination of gate frame pier and steel cap beam.Combined with the general situation of this project and the actual construction content and scheme, this thesis discusses the special construction technology of lifting and installing the steel roof beam across the existing railway,the crawler crane is used to lift and install the steel roof beam across the railway .can ensure work safety and work time, and has wide application prospect.
