摘要 基于分级制冷的原理,设计了2种结合自由活塞斯特林制冷机的新型级联式天然气液化流程。编写计算机程序,对液化流程进行了数值模拟与对比分析。研究了2种流程工艺在不同系统压力、液化率等工况下的最佳降温方案和比功耗变化规律,分析了合理能耗条件下自由活塞斯特林制冷机相对卡诺效率的最低要求,并将本文设计流程与其他新型液化流程进行了对比。结果表明:此类新型液化流程在天然气液化流程的简化以及小型化发展方面具有一定的可行性。 Based on the principle of cascade refrigeration,two new type cascaded natural gas liquefaction processes incorporating free-piston Stirling coolers (FPSC) were designed. The simulation program was written,and numerical simulation and comparative analysis were conducted on the two liquefaction processes. The optimal cooling methods and change rules of specific power consumptions of the two processes under different operating conditions such as different system pressure and liquefaction rate were studied in detail. The minimum requirements of the relative Carnot efficiency of the free-piston Stirling coolers under reasonable energy consumption conditions were obtained,and the two liquefaction processes were compared with other new liquefaction processes in this paper. The results show that this kind of new liquefaction process has certain feasibility in the aspects of simplification and miniaturization development of natural gas liquefaction process.
