摘要
目的:了解肿瘤患者自我超越与生存质量的现状,分析两者之间的相关性。方法:采用自制问卷、自我超越量表以及癌症患者生存质量量表(FACT-G)对潍坊市某三甲医院的360例肿瘤患者进行调查。结果:肿瘤患者自我超越总分为(45.54±3.61)分,生存质量总分为(69.78±3.61)分,肿瘤患者自我超越得分与其身体情况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及总体生存质量均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤患者的自我超越与生存质量具有显著的相关性,自我超越可作为肿瘤患者生存质量的预测因素,应采取相应措施提高自我超越水平,改善患者生存质量。
Objective:To know about the status of self-transcendence and quality of life of cancer patients current situation and probe into the correlation between them.Methods:A survey of 360 patients with cancer in a top three hospital in Weifang City was conducted using the general information questionnaire,the self-transcendence scale and quality of life scale(FACT-G)for cancer patients.Results:The scores of self-transcendence and total quality of life were(45.54±3.61)and(69.78±3.61).The self-transcending score of cancer patients is positively correlated with physical condition,social family status,emotional status,functional status and overall quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between self-transcendence and quality of life of cancer patients.Self-transcendence level can be used as a predictor of the quality of life of cancer patients.The quality of life of patients should be improved by taking appropriate measures to improve self-transcendence.
