摘要 姬松茸(Agaricus blazei Murr)又名巴西蘑菇,属于腐生菌,喜高温、高湿、通风环境,具有独特的蘑菇香味,口感脆嫩,有药用价值。针对黑龙江省农业废弃物资源及塑料大棚闲置的实际情况,进行姬松茸棚室姬松茸栽培技术的研究,对育秧大棚二次利用栽培姬松茸技术进行系统总结,以推动黑龙江省食用菌产业发展。 Agaricus blazei Murr,also known as Brazilian mushroom,belongs to saprophytic fungi.It likes high temperature,high humidity and ventilated environment.It has unique mushroom flavor,crisp and tender taste,and has medicinal value.Aiming at the actual situation of agricultural waste resources and plastic greenhouse idle in Heilongjiang Province,the cultivation technology of Agaricus blazei Murrill in the greenhouse was studied,and the secondary utilization cultivation technology of Agaricus blazei Murrill in the seedling-raising greenhouse was systematically summarized in order to promote the development of edible fungi industry in Heilongjiang Province.
