摘要
分析当前国内声发射检测技术的特点和弱点,基于声发射信号数据的特点和数据分析研究,提出声发射信号特征数据库系统。跟随时代的潮流,将数据库与数据挖掘、人工智能联系到一起,应用合适的算法,获取典型信号中的特征规律,应用到安全生产监督管理业务中。
Characteristics and weaknesses of acoustic emission monitoring are discussed in the paper. Acoustic emission monitoring signal database system is put forward based on the characteristics of acoustic emission signal data and data analysis.Following the trend of the times,the database is linked with data mining and artificial intelligence,and appropriate algorithms are applied to obtain the characteristic laws in typical signals and applied to the safety production supervision and management business.
