摘要
目的:对房性心律失常射频消融术前16层螺旋CT检查的应用情况进行评价。方法:采用16层螺旋CT对30例房性心律失常患者进行增强扫描,分析扫描情况。结果:30例房性心律失常患者肺静脉分支、食管、左心房解剖结构的显示清晰,左心房充盈良好;肺静脉根部直径左上、左下、右上、右下肺静脉分别为(12.1±1.7)mm、(10.5±2.6)mm、(12.7±2.6)mm、(13.0±1.9)mm,左心房后壁与食管接触长度(51±14)mm。结论:16层螺旋CT是房性心律失常射频消融术前检查的重要手段。
Objective: To evaluate the application of the first 16-slice spiral CT in atrial arrhythmia radiofrequency ablation. Methods: The enhancement scan was performed on 30 patients with atrial arrhythmia using 16-slice spiral CT and the scans were analyzed. Results: The anatomy of pulmonary vein branch, esophagus and left atrium in 30 patients with atrial arrhythmia were clearly displayed and the left atrium was well-filled;the diameters of the left, right, lower right, and right pulmonary veins were (12.1±1.7)mm,(10.5±2.6)mm,(12.7±2.6)mm,(13.0±1.9)mm respectively. The length of contact between the posterior wall of the left atrium and the esophagus was (51±14)mm. Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CT is an important method for preoperative radiofrequency ablation of atrial arrhythmia.
