摘要
近年来有研究表明,延胡索酸水化酶(FH)基因缺陷可能与子宫肌瘤的形成有关。本文对FH基因的生物学特点、FH基因缺陷导致子宫肌瘤形成的可能原因以及在不同类型的子宫肌瘤的表达进行综述。旨在为子宫肌瘤患者的临床诊治和预后提供新思路。
Recent studies have shown that the defect of fumarate hydratase (FH) may be related to the formation of uterine leiomyoma. This article reviews the biological characteristics of FH, the potential mechanism for the formation of uterine leiomyoma caused by FH defect and the expression of different types of uterine leiomyoma. The aim is to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of uterine leiomyoma.
