摘要 [目的/意义]旨在为高职院校图书馆专业馆员考核评价机制提供参考。[方法/过程]在分析高职院校图书馆专业馆员研究及实践现状的基础上,指出当前面向学科馆员的考核评价机制应用于高职院校图书馆专业馆员考核可能存在的主要问题,并以广州番禺职业技术学院图书馆为例,探讨高职院校图书馆专业馆员考核评价机制。[结果/结论]提出的考核评价机制的构建思路,包含设计思路、原则、分数构成、测评内容等,既考虑了定性考核内容,又考虑了定量考核内容,能够使高职院校图书馆专业馆员考核评价机制更加科学和完善。 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for the assessment mechanism of higher vocational colleges’ professional librarians.[Method/process] On basis of the analysis on the research and the practice of higher vocational colleges’ professional librarians, the paper points out the main potential problems when applying current subject librarian-oriented assessment mechanism to higher vocational colleges’ professional librarians, and takes Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic Library as an example to discuss the assessment mechanism of higher vocational colleges’ professional librarians.[Result/conclusion] The construction ideas of assessment mechanism the paper presented include the design ideas, principal, composition of the scores and assessment contents, and consider both qualitative and quantitative assessment contents, which could make the assessment mechanism of higher vocational colleges’ professional librarians more scientific and perfect.
