{[Ni_(0.5)(py)(H_2O)_2]·(ain)·(H_2O)_3}_n的合成及晶体结构研究

摘要 以2-氨基-4-吡啶羧酸(Hain)和2, 2’-联吡啶为配体,通过水热合成法合成了一个新的Ni(Ⅱ)配位聚合物{[Ni_(0.5)(py)(H_2O)_2]·(ain)·(H_2O)_3}_n,并对其晶体结构进行了研究.该晶体属于正交晶系, Fdd2空间群,晶胞参数:a=22.3018(17)?,b=20.8637(12)?,c=13.7290(7)?,α=β=γ=90°,V=6388.0(7)?~3,Z=16,Dc=1.402 mg/m^3,最终偏差因子R_1=0.0582,wR_2=0.1706 [I> 2σ(I)],F(000)=2856.0.该配合物为零维单核结构,通过复杂的氢键堆积为最终的3D超分子结构. A new Ni(Ⅱ) complex, namely {[Ni0.5 (py)(H2O) 2]·(ain)·(H2O) 3}n, is synthesized by using 2-amino-4-pyridinecarboxylic acid (Hain) and 2, 2’-dipyridine as starting materials, and its crystal structure was studied. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic system, Fdd2 space group, the unit cell parameters: a =22.3018(17)A, b =20.8637(12)A, c = 13.7290 (7)A,α=β=γ=90°, V =6388.0(7) 3, Z =16, Dc =1.402 mg/m^3. The final R value is R 1= 0.0582, wR 2 =0.1706 [ I > 2σ( I )], F (000)=2856.0. This complex is 0 D mononuclear structure, which is further stacked to the ultimate 3D supermolecular framework by complicated H bond interactions.
