摘要
ATOS流动式光学扫描仪是一种广泛应用于逆向工程领域中的非接触式光学扫描设备。通过对ATOS的组成、测量原理和测量方法的分析提出了一种基于ATOS的异形件曲面重构的方法。该方法主要由扫描参数的确定和点云过滤组成。通过实验选择测量距离为65cm对某型号汽车后视镜外壳使用ATOS进行点云数据获取。分别采用公差球法、弦公差法和基于弦公差法的改进方法对获得点云进行处理,提出的改进方法获得的点云拟合后误差平方和约为1.758e^(-26)。用CATIA对处理后的点云数据进行曲面重建,最终获得完整的三维模型。新方法在提高点云精度的同时,提高了数据处理的速度。
The ATOS Flow Optical Scanner is a non-contact optical scanning device widely used in the field of reverse engineering. Based on the analysis of the composition,measurement principle and measurement method of ATOS, a method based on ATOS for surface reconstruction of shaped parts is proposed. The method mainly consists of the determination of scanning parameters and point cloud filtering. Through the experiment, the measurement distance is 65cm;and the ATOS is used to acquire the point cloud data for a certain type of automobile rearview mirror housing. The point cloud is processed by the tolerance ball method,the string tolerance method and the improved method based on the string tolerance method. The squared error of the point cloud after the proposed improved method is about 1.758e-26. And finally a complete 3D model was obtained by using CATIA to reconstruct the processed point cloud data. The speed of data processing is improved by the new method while improving the accuracy of point clouds.
