摘要
选取30日龄健康白色獭兔72只,随机分成3组,每组24只,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ组皮下埋植10 mg褪黑激素,Ⅲ组埋植20 mg褪黑激素,饲养110 d后屠宰取皮,每组随机选取8张毛皮进行鞣制后测定獭兔皮板和被毛质量,其他做石蜡切片后测定毛囊发育指标。结果显示:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组埋植褪黑激素后,獭兔初、次级毛囊长度、次级毛囊深度、次级毛囊个数均显著大于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组獭兔皮张的抗张强度和负荷伸长率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组獭兔毛密度显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),毛直径显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,獭兔在30 d埋植20 mg褪黑激素可促进毛囊发育,增强皮板强韧度,提高獭兔毛质量。
A total of 72 30-day growing Rex rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 24 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. Group Ⅰ was control group. Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ were experimental groups and the rabbits were injected melatonin in capsules of 10mg and 20 mg. The rabbits were slaughtered after 110 days later. 8 pieces of furs were selected to tanning to measure fur quality and the others were made to paraffin section to measure follicle growth. The results showed as follows: 1) the length, depth, density of secondary follicles, the length of primary follicles in Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly longer than that of Group Ⅰ( P <0.05). 2)The tensile strength and reference load elongation of Group Ⅲ were significantly bigger than that of Group Ⅰ( P <0.05). 3)The hair density in Group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of Group Ⅰ( P <0.05). The diameter of rabbit's hair in Group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of Group Ⅰ( P <0.05).
