摘要
JCI(Joint Commission International)是国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会用于对美国以外的医疗机构进行认证的附属机构,JCI标准重视医院各岗位聘用的工作人员资质,此要求贯穿于整个JCI评审过程。文章通过基于JCI标准员工个人档案的建立,对员工任职评价、授权以及继续教育培训等归档资料的动态管理,核实各岗位员工在每一阶段的任职资格要求,进一步保证了医院服务质量和患者安全,为了实现目标,本院按照了基于JCI医院评审标准第五版的要求,建立了员工个人档案。
JCI (Joint Commission International) is a subsidiary body of the Joint Commission for Accreditation of International Medical and Health Institutions (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations,JCAHO),which is used to certify medical institutions outside the United States.JCI standards attach great importance to the qualifications of staff employed in various positions in hospitals,and this requirement runs through the whole JCI evaluation process.Through the establishment of personal files of employees based on JCI standard,the dynamic management of archival materials such as employee job evaluation,authorization and continuing education training is carried out to verify the qualifications of employees at each stage and further ensure the quality of hospital service and patient safety.In order to achieve the goal,our hospital has met the requirements of the fifth edition of JCI-based hospital accreditation standard.Personal files of employees have been established.
