摘要
简要介绍了因子分析法的基本原理,以41名学生18门课程的考核成绩为变量,借助SPSS统计分析软件进行因子分析,提取出专业能力、身体素质、专业基础和公共基础综合能力4个公因子,建立学生成绩测评数学模型,对学生单方面能力和综合能力进行测评,为学生职业规划、全面发展及教师因材施教提供有价值的参考信息。
This article briefly introduces the basic principles of factor analysis method. The exam results of 18 courses from 41 students were considered as the variables and then SPSS statistical software was used for the factor analysis of the exam results. Four common factors were extracted, including professional ability, physical fitness, specialized knowledge and integrated command of general courses. The mathematical model of academic records assessment was established to assess students one ability and all-round abilities of the. The study can shed light on students career planning and all-round development and teachers competency-based teaching.
