摘要
针对高师院校在师德教育中存在着理论教学与实践教育的分离、显性教育与隐性教育的分离、学校教育与社会教育的分离等问题,通过对问题产生原因的分析,探讨了在社会实践中如何通过自我教育、职业认同度培养、形成社会实践和课堂师德教育协同的路径,来开展师范生师德主体教育活动。
Aiming at the separation of theoretical teaching and practical education, the separation of explicit education and recessive education, and the separation of school education from social pedagogy in teachers' moral education, this paper probes into the causes of the problems, and discusses how to carry out teachers' moral subject education activities among normal school students in social practice by self-education, the cultivation of professional identity, and the formation of the cooperative path of social practice and classroom teachers' moral education.
