摘要
"水杨酸甲酯的制备"虽然是经典的有机化学教学实验项目,但是教材中实验设计并不合理,导致学生制备产品的收率偏低。针对传统实验方法的不足之处进行分析,提出了改进建议。分离甲醇的过程中,采用减压蒸馏的办法降低可逆反应的速率,阻止水杨酸甲酯分解。改进的实验方法操作更合理,提高了产品的收率,取得了良好的实验结果。
“The preparation of methylis salicylas” is a classic organic chemistry teaching project. However, the irrational experimental design in most of the textbooks leads to the low yield of the product. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional experimental methods and proposes some suggestions for the improvement of this experiment. During the process of separating methanol, we adopted vacuum distillation in advance, in order to reduce the rate of reversible reaction and prevent the decomposition of methylis salicylas. The improved experimental operation is more reasonable, and it improves the yield of the product and obtains good experimental results.
