摘要
专业方向生产实习,是高等学校高精尖工程师培养的重要实践环节。以CDIO为教育理念,以工程教育模式为基础,对现有的热能专业方向生产实习进行改革,将生产实习的教学内容按照一定的层次进行划分,提出校内校外相互配合,实体虚拟相互支撑的生产实习模式,旨在为学生提供全新的生产实习机会,不仅能够激发学生的实习兴趣,培养学生的工程实践能力,更有利于高精尖卓越工程师的培养。
The professional direction of production internships is an important practice in the training of highly sophisticated engineers in colleges and universities. Based on the educational concept of CDIO, the company will use the engineering education model as the basis to improve the current production practice of the specialized field of thermal energy, divide the teaching content of the production internship according to a certain level, and propose the production practice mode in which the school collaborates with each other outside the school and the entity virtual supports each other. The aim is to provide students with new production internship opportunities that not only stimulate students’ interest in internships, but also develop students’ engineering practice skills, and are more conducive to the cultivation of highly sophisticated engineers.
