摘要
在对知识型员工创新行为访谈的基础上,辨析知识型员工创新能力感知内涵,应用扎根理论开发出中国情境下知识型员工创新能力感知的多维度测量量表。根据两阶段调查收集的问卷对量表进行信度和效度检验,结果表明,量表包含职业生涯规划能力、持续学习能力、主动改变能力、自我效能、风险承担能力5个维度。该研究结果既有助于厘清员工创新能力感知的构成维度并预测员工创新行为,而且有利于个人、组织对知识型员工创新能力进行引导和塑造。
On the basis of the interview of knowledge employees' innovation behavior, this paper analyzed the connotation of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability, and developed a multi-dimensional measurement scale of knowledge employees' perception of innovation ability in Chinese context. The questionnaire was used to test the reliability and validity of the scale by the two phase survey. The results showed that the scale included 5 dimensions, including professional planning ability, continuous learning ability, active change ability, self-efficacy, and risk tolerance ability. The results not only help to clarify the dimensions of the perception of innovation ability of employees and predict the innovative behavior of employees, but also help individuals and organizations to guide and shape the creative ability of knowledge employees.
