新疆呼图壁储气库埋地管道防腐对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆呼图壁储气库埋地管线输送介质以甲烷为主,其中CO_2占1.89%,采气工况下伴有凝析油和地层水产出,埋地管道易受腐蚀影响。为掌握其腐蚀状况以采取合理防腐措施,通过对腐蚀环境分析研究,确定其腐蚀影响因素以游离水、CO_2分压为主,还包括土壤环境、温度、氯离子浓度和流速等。对此,储气库采取"不锈钢双金属复合管+3PE防腐层+强制电流"的防腐措施,每年检修期间对埋地金属管线进行检测,对个别破损点及时修复维护,保证气库安全平稳运行。 The Xinjiang Hutubi gas storage is a depletion type of oil&gas reservoirs.The total length of buried injection-production pipelines and injection-production main lines is 39.4km,the medium is mainly methane,with carbon dioxide accounting for 1.89%.During the period of gas extraction,there will be accompanied by the production of condensate oil and formation water.Under the influence of the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and formation water,the buried metal pipelines is vulnerable to corrosion.For the study of corrosion status of buried pipeline and adopt reasonable anti-corrosion measures,through the analysis of corrosive environment,the gas storage corrosion factors are priority to with free water,CO2 partial pressure,also including the soil environment,temperature,concentration of chloride ion and flow rate etc.In this regard,gas storage take”internal corrosion protection+external corrosion protection+cathodic protection”combination of anti-corrosion,that is “stainless steel double metal composite pipe+3PE anti-corrosion layer+forced current”approach.During the overhaul period,the buried metal pipeline is detected,repair and maintain the individual damaged spots in time,ensure the safe and smooth operation of the gas storage.
