头花蓼总黄酮纯化工艺的研究

摘要 利用静态-动态吸附和解析的方法,从6种树脂中选出了适合纯化头花蓼总黄酮的树脂,同时探讨了其纯化头花蓼总黄酮的条件。结果表明:D101树脂纯化头花蓼总黄酮的效果最好,其纯化条件为:进样液黄酮浓度0. 8 mg/mL并且pH 5,1. 0 mL/min的进样速度,洗脱剂为3. 5倍柱体积70%的乙醇溶液,洗脱流速为2. 0 mL/min。纯化后黄酮的纯度可达81. 93%。 In this paper,6 types of macroporous resins were tested by static and dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments for purifying flavonoids from Polygonum capitatum. And the purifying conditions by the best resin were also investigated. The results showed that D101 resin was the best resin.The adsorption conditions were shown as follows: 1. 0 mL/min adsorption velocity,concentration of sample 0. 8 mg/m L and pH 5. The desorption conditions were shown as follows: 70% ethanol,3. 5 times volume of resin as eluent and the desorption speed of 2. 0 mL/min. After purified with D101 macroporous resin,the purity of the purified Polygonum capitatum flavonoids was up to 81. 93%.
