摘要
目的探讨X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和波形蛋白(vimentin)在乳腺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法选取82例乳腺癌患者的乳腺癌组织标本及其癌旁正常组织标本。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测不同组织中XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin的阳性表达情况,分析乳腺癌组织中XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin的阳性表达情况与患者临床特征的关系,并对乳腺癌组织中XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin表达的相关性进行分析。结果 XIAP、TGF-β1、vimentin在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin的阳性表达率均高于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,乳腺癌组织中XIAP与TGF-β1的表达、XIAP与vimentin的表达、TGF-β1与vimentin的表达均呈明显正相关(r=0.543、0.584、0.657,P﹤0.01)。结论 XIAP、TGF-β1和vimentin在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平较高,可作为判断乳腺癌发生和淋巴结转移的参考指标。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and vimentin in breast cancer.Method Breast cancer tissue specimens and adjacent normal tissues were selected from 82 patients with breast cancer.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the positive expression of XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin in different tissues,to analyze the relationship between the positive expression of these markers in breast cancer tissues and the clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients,as well as to analyze the correlation between XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin expression in breast cancer tissues.Result The positive expression rates of XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin in breast cancer patients with TNM stage III-IV and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in breast cancer patients with TNM stage I-II and no lymph node metastasis,with statistically significant difference observed(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin between breast cancer tissues of patients with different age,tumor size or tumor differentiation degree(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between XIAP and TGF-1 expression,XIAP and vimentin expression,and TGF-1 and vimentin expression in breast cancer tissues(r=0.543,0.584,0.657,P<0.01).Conclusion High expression levels of XIAP,TGF-β1 and vimentin are observed in breast cancer tissues,which can be used as reference indicators to predict breast cancer and lymph node metastasis.
