摘要
中国与东盟关系正从"黄金十年"跨入"钻石十年","一带一路"倡议将为中国与东盟贸易发展提供新机遇、新动力。通过运用SWOT分析法,认为中国与东盟应借助中国-东盟自由贸易区良好的发展态势,充分利用东盟共同体建成、自贸区升级谈判达成、互联互通提速等机遇,优化贸易结构、改善贸易环境,打造贸易融资平台、实施通关便利化改革,壮大产业内贸易、升级跨境电商,增进政治互信、推动地区一体化进程。
As Chinese-ASEAN relation leaps from the“Golden Decade”into the“Diamond Decade”,“T he Belt and Road” Initiative provides new opportunities and impetus for Chinese and ASEAN trade development. For instance, the ASEAN Community has been built up;negotiations on an upgraded Chinese-ASEAN Free Trade Area has been accomplished;the connectivity between China and ASEAN community has been speed up. This paper, using the SWOT analysis method, concludes that China and ASEAN should optimize the trade structure, improve the trade environment, establish a sound trade financing platform, implement the reform of customs clearance facilitation, expand intra-industry trade, upgrade the cross-border e-commerce, enhance political mutual trust, and promote the regional integration process.
