摘要
随着学分制教学管理模式的进一步推进,高校传统的学生事务管理工作的理念、思路和工作方法等方面将面临新的挑战。2017年9月,枣庄学院大一新生开始实行学分制。为了了解学分制施行后大一新生学习、生活、思想的变化,本文通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方式展开调查,以期找准学分制下学生事务管理的难点和障碍,为学校学分制的进一步推广提供依据和对策。
With the further deepening of the reform of the credit system teaching management model, the traditional management of student affairs in Colleges and universities will face new challenges in terms of concept, thinking, content and working methods.In September 2017, freshmen of Zaozhuang University began to implement the credit system. In order to understand the changes of freshmen's study, life and ideological status after the implementation of credit system, this paper aims to find out the difficulties and obstacles of Student Affairs Management under credit system through questionnaire and field interviews, and to put forward the basis and Countermeasures for further promotion of credit system reform in Colleges.
