A survey on fluorine content of drinking water in Miyun district of Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市密云区居民饮用水水氟含量,为采取针对性防治措施提供参考。方法根据《北京市生活饮用水水氟含量调查方案》开展调查,采取普查方法,以乡(镇、街道办事处)为单位开展饮用水氟含量调查,对所有水站、水井抽取末梢水样。水氟含量检测采用离子色谱法测定。结果共采集水样117份,水氟范围0.084~2.120 mg/L,水氟中位数0.204 mg/L。Kruskal-Wallis H检验发现,不同地貌饮用水水氟含量差异无统计学意义(H=5.314,P=0.07),但是有4份水样氟含量超过1.0 mg/L,且全部来自深山区。不同水源类型水氟含量差异无统计学意义(U=811.500,P=0.38)。结论密云区生活饮用水水氟总体含量不高,应针对水氟含量高的深山区采取相应措施以降低水氟含量。 Objective To provide scientific basis for targeted prevention and control measures, through finding out fluorine content of drinking water in Miyun district. Methods According to "Fluoride Content Survey Program in Drinking Water of Beijing", General survey was conducted. Peripheral water was sampled from all of the water-supply stations and wells that distributed in all township,town or subdistrict office of Miyun. Fluorine content was tested by fluorine electrode method. Results 117 samples were collected and tested, fluorine range was 0.084-2.120 mg/L, the median was 0.204 mg/L. There was no significant difference among samples collected in different landform by Kruskal-Wallis H test(H=5.314, P=0.07), although 4 samples that fluorine content were over 1.0 mg/L were all collected from remote mountains. There was no significant difference between different type of water resource in fluorine content(U=811.500, P=0.38). Conclusion Overall, the fluorine content of drinking water in Miyun district was not high, corresponding measures should be conducted in high fluorine remote mountains to reduce fluorine content.
