摘要
随着我国经济的发展和生活水平的不断提高,食品朝着多样化的方向发展,随之而来的食品安全问题也逐渐凸显。本文通过对我国食品企业的安全现状进行归纳总结,剖析食品生产中与质量相关的问题,梳理企业在食品生产加工过程中的不足之处,并提出相应的食品质量管理对策,为保障我国的食品安全、提升食品质量提供一定的参考。
With the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, food towards the diversification of the direction of development, followed by food safety problems are also gradually prominent. This article through to the paper summarized present situation of the safety of food enterprises in our country, analyzed the problems related to food production and quality combing enterprise in the process of food production and processing, and proposed the corresponding food quality management measures, in order to ensure the security of our country’s food, improve food quality to provide certain reference basis.
