摘要
在城市轨道交通施工中,考虑在线路短,地层较复杂,区间联络通道或受地面空间限制无法采用其他工法时仍采用矿山法施工。在遇到花岗岩残积土地层隧道开挖时,由于该地层具有遇水软化、崩解的特性,在矿山法施工遇到此类地层时,会给施工带来很大安全隐患,严重影响施工进度。工程中常常采取地表旋喷桩加固、洞内袖阀管注浆加固、WSS注浆加固技术或冷冻法对隧道开挖前方土体进行预加固,但是在富水花岗岩残积土地层施工,即使采用先进的注浆设备及配备施工经验丰富的工程队伍,也难以完全防止洞内花岗岩残积土地层遇水软化溜滩而导致基坑周边建(构)筑的沉降。随着城市隧道工程的增多,在既有的公路、铁路、桥梁、建筑物附近进行矿山法隧道开挖施工时,对施工过程中掌子面的稳定提出了更高的要求。本文依托东莞轨道交通2号线陈屋站~寮厦站矿山法隧道施工背景,通过开展注浆模型及注浆材料等方面的研究,采用超前注浆工艺技术及创新注浆配比技术,着重从注浆的机理分析和施工技术两个方面入手,确定注浆方案的各项参数并优化施工技术,确保了施工安全及工程进度,使得项目经济效益最大化,并为将来类似地层中的地下暗挖工程提供有益的借鉴。
In the construction of urban rail transit, it is considered that the construction of the mining method is still carried out when the line is short and the stratum is complex, and the interval communication channel or the ground space limitation cannot adopt other construction methods. When encountering tunnel excavation in the granite residual soil layer, due to the characteristics of water softening and disintegration in the stratum, when the stratum is encountered in the construction of the mine method, it will bring great safety hazards to the construction and seriously affect the construction progress.. In the project, the surface jet grouting pile reinforcement, the sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement in the hole, the WSS grouting reinforcement technology or the freezing method are used to pre-reinforce the soil in front of the tunnel excavation, but in the construction of the water-rich granite residual soil layer, even if Advanced grouting equipment and engineering teams with rich experience in construction are also difficult to completely prevent the settlement of the surrounding structure of the foundation pit due to the softening of the granite floor in the cave. With the increase of urban tunneling projects, the excavation of mining tunnels in the vicinity of existing highways, railways, bridges and buildings puts forward higher requirements for the stability of the face during construction. This paper relies on the construction background of the mining method tunnel of Chenwu Station-Xiaxia Station of Dongguan Rail Transit Line 2, and adopts the research of grouting model and grouting material, adopts advanced grouting technology and innovative grouting matching technology, focusing on Starting from the two aspects of grouting mechanism analysis and construction technology, determine the parameters of the grouting scheme and optimize the construction technology to ensure the construction safety and project progress, maximize the project economic benefits, and make underground for similar strata in the future. The undercut project provides a useful reference.
