摘要 伴随城市化发展的快速步伐与城市土地资源的寸土寸金,城市内高层建筑与超高层建筑越来越多,它们的建筑形式、设计风格多样化,但却拥有一个共同弊病,那就是都无法有效解决火灾防范问题。为了有效解决高层建筑防火问题,本文专门提出了性能化防火设计方法及其相关功能应用,最后着重对性能化防火设计中的人员安全疏散设计问题进行了针对性分析,并展开了高层住宅建筑性能化防火设计案例解读。 With the rapid pace of urbanization development and the increasing cost of urban land resources, there are more and more high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings in the city. Their architectural forms and design styles are diversified, but they have a common drawback, that is can not effectively solve the fire prevention problem. In order to effectively solve the fire protection problem of high-rise buildings, this paper puts forward the performance-based fire protection design method and its related functional applications. Finally, it focuses on the targeted analysis of the personnel safety evacuation design in the performance-based fire protection design, and develops the interpretation of the case of performance-based fire protection design of high-rise residential buildings.
