摘要
目的:观察老年2型糖尿病干眼症应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年10月至2018年10月我院收治的2型糖尿病干眼症患者86例(共169只眼)。依据治疗方法不同,分为观察组(七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液滴眼,n=43,共85只眼)与对照组(人工泪液滴眼,n=43,共84只眼)。比较两组症状评分、BUT与SIt检查结果、角膜地形图检查结果[角膜表面规则指数(SRI)、表面不对称指数(SAI)]。结果:两组治疗后症状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUT均延长,且观察组幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后SIt均延长,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后SRI与SAI均下降,且观察组幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年2型糖尿病干眼症患者,应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗较人工泪液滴眼治疗,可更为有效地加快患者症状改善,且利于提升泪膜的规则性与稳定性,对促进患者眼部健康的恢复具有重要作用,但对泪液分泌改善的效果稍弱。
Objective: To observe the effect of Dipterygium arborescens in treating senile type 2 diabetic dry eye disease.Methods: 86 cases (169 eyes) of type 2 diabetic dry eye were analyzed retrospectively from October 2015 to October 2018.According to the different treatment methods,it is divided into the observation group (arborescenin eye drops,N=43,a total of 85 eyes) and the control group (artificial tears eye drops,N=43,a total of 84 eyes).The symptom scores,BUT and SIt results,corneal topography results[Surface surface index (SRI),surface asymmetry index (SAI)] were compared between the two groups.Results: Both groups had lower symptom score after treatment;the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The BUT was prolonged after treatment in both groups,and the observation group was larger than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment of the two groups,the SIt was prolonged,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,SRI and SAI decreased in both groups,and the observation group was larger than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: For the aged patients with type 2 diabetes with dry eye disease,the treatment of heptycloxanthocyanin eye drops is more effective than the treatment of artificial tears eye drops,which can speed up the patient's symptom improvement and help to improve the regularity and stability of the tear membrane.It plays an important role in promoting the recovery of patients 'eye health.However,the effect on the improvement of tear secretion was slightly weaker.
