摘要
地铁列车的轮对磨耗状况关系到列车的运行安全及稳定性,当轮对磨耗超限时应及时镟修。结合不同的LM型轮缘踏面外形、轮对磨耗形式、镟修经验,提出基于不同轮缘厚度的轮对外形镟修方案,对延长轮对使用寿命、提高镟修作业效率具有重要的意义。
Wheel-set wear of metro vehicles is related to the running safety and stability of trains. When the wheel-set wear exceeds the limit, it should be reprofiled in time. Based on different LM tread profile, this paper proposes wheelset wear pattern and reprofiling experience, the wheelset profiling solution based on different flange thickness. It is of great significance for extending the service life of wheelset and improving the reprofiling efficiency.
