摘要
基于职业教育供给侧结构性改革背景,以交通运输行业人才需求为出发点,针对我国职业教育交通运输专业结构布局,提出优化职业教育人才培养模式的实践路径以及完善现代学校制度的保障机制,用改革的办法推进教育资源要素的合理配置和高效利用。实践证明,以供给侧为支点促进职业教育改革有利于高质量交通运输人才培养机制的形成。
Based on the background of supply-side structural reform of vocational education,this paper takes the demand for talents in the transportation industry as the starting point.In view of the structure layout of transportation major in vocational education in China,this paper puts forward the practical path of optimizing the training mode of vocational education talents,and the guarantee mechanism of perfecting the modern school system to promote rational allocation and efficient utilization of educational resources.Practice shows that taking the supply side as the fulcrum to promote the reform of vocational education is beneficial to the formation of high-quality transportation personnel training mechanism.
